Please feel free to come to any class on the schedule.  If you are new to the studio we ask that you arrive 15-20 minutes before class time to fill out a registration form and familiarize yourself with the studio.  We look forward to seeing you soon!

**For your convenience we have a shower and a changing room.  We also rent mats and towels if you need them.

**We have water, electrolytes, coconut water and wide variety of Yoga gear (clothes, mats, yoga towels) for sale.

 

 

All HOT Yoga classes on the schedule are 90 minutes

Our HOT Yoga practice consists of 26 postures and 2 breathing exercises using precise movements to gain flexibility, strength and endurance, creating a more balanced body inside and out. During the 90 minute class your entire body gets a complete work out- from bones to skin, fingers to toes. It is perfect for beginners! Sure, you might find yourself practicing next to a super flexible Gumby type but if you look around the room chances are you’ll see someone working on healing an injured knee or a “bad” back, maybe someone trying to lose weight or somebody else just working on balance. Focusing on doing as much as you can correctly for YOUR body that day you will get you 100% benefit.

All WARM Pilates classes are 60 minutes long

WARM Pilates classes are gentle enough for beginners but are challenging enough for experienced practitioners. This is a safe, no-impact core strengthening workout, no jumping, keeping your joints safe- all exercises are done on a yoga mat. The room is gently heated to help you warm up more quickly (set to 90 degrees, considerably cooler than our HOT Yoga classes).  Classes are fun and challenging, strengthening core muscles and helping to create long and lean muscles.

ALL WARM YIN CLASSES ARE 75 MINUTES LONG

WARM Yin is a slow-paced style of yoga with poses that are held for longer periods of time—three to five minutes or more per pose is typical.  A great way to use relaxation to open up the tight places!  Excellent for golfers, runners, cyclists as well non athletes that are just “super tight”.  Classes are gently to help your muscles relax allowing a safer, deeper opening in your body.  A perfect compliment to our HOT Yoga classes.

    I am interested in talking about this 30 for $30…..what do you mean by the restriction “local students”? I live in my condo in North Port for the season….then back to MN. Am I not local??

      Hi Diane,
      Since we are in a very popular vacation area we have kept the Intro Special for Locals…if you pay taxes here as a resident (like on your condo), then you are considered a local. Hope this clears things up, if not, let me know 🙂
